The Baseball Coaching Lab works with youth baseball coaches, whether it’s their first season or their twentieth. It was founded by Jon Clinard, who has spent his life in the game as a player, a coach and a mentor to other coaches. We help coaches plan practices with a purpose, decide what their players need, and turn complicated concepts into something young players can understand. This is mentorship, not more drills.
